Arizona requires that prospective foster and fost-adoptive parents receive 30 hours of training as they prepare to be licensed. These classes are designed to be very informative and interactive. Find out more by calling 480.272.7994.

Love and Logic Module 5:
“O” is Also for Opportunity for Thinking.
January 21, 2012 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Participants learn about setting limits, thinking words vs. fighting words, and turning your words from garbage into gold.

Establishing Healthy Communication & Conflict Resolution Between Parents and Children
January 28, 2012 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
This training will focus on building the right foundation for success in interpersonal relationships.

Love and Logic Module 6:
“L” Stands for Let Empathy and Consequences. Do the Teaching.
February 18, 2012 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Participants will learn about consequences vs. punishments, empathy and consequences vs. Anger, constructing logical consequences, and how to destroy the teaching value of a logical consequence.

Love and Logic Module 7:
Let’s Wrap It Up and Take It Home.
March 17, 2012 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Participants will learn about applying the “C.O.O.L.” Formula and will discuss closing thoughts.
